Q: HOW DO YOU COME UP WITH OUR BID?
A: Depending on animals, kids, pick up, location and detail. We come up with a bid price for your home , this is the amount that you will pay each visit.   We do write down in our log what time we start your home and what time we leave, how many helpers we have for the day and who the helpers are. If we are consistently over or under in time we will revisit the bid. But we do not charge by the hour, we charge by the job.

Q: WHAT CLEANING PRODUCT'S DOES   PINE COUNTRY USE WHILE CLEANING OUR HOME?
A:  Spray way glass cleaner
Dawn dishwashing soap
Weiman stainless steel cleaner
Soft comet
Method Tub and Tile cleaner
Honest Brand All purpose Cleaner
Bona wood floor cleaner ( you supply) or two drops of Dawn  and water 
Bleach
 We have a list with product name and ingredients on file if you would like an emailed copy.
We use a micro fiber cloth mop which detaches, so each house gets a fresh clean mop head.
We have our own Shark  heap filter Vacuum, and Kenmore canister vacuum.. if we MUST use yours please understand that we are not liable for anything happening to the vacuum, we will do our best to remember to empty it, and tell you if we think there is something wrong, but I prefer to use our equipment .

Q: WHY DO YOU HAVE A AGREEMENT?
​A: The agreement I have set in place  is so we are both are on  the same page in understanding how our working relationship is going to work, what we can expect from each other .  we require a 48  hour call to cancel. If you do not call/text or email Pine Country   48 hours in advance of  your cleaning or we are unable to clean your home  no  fault of our own  you will be responsible for half of your cleaning fee. We hold your spot for you, we work very hard to please you, and try to be as flexible as we can for you. In return it is nice to have  a 48  hour call to cancel.  (illness and weather exceptions apply).


Q: WHY CAN'T YOU GIVE ME AN EXACT TIME YOU WILL BE HERE?
A: Punctuality to us  is very important so you can imagine the stress when we are  at a house and it takes extra time than expected and we are late to the next house.
We will  always be there because we know how frustrating it is to come home to a messy house. Due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, we will do our very best to be to your home on a regular time schedule   since we cannot promise that    we would be happy to text you that morning or when we are on our way to your home,  please let us know if you would like us to do that.


Q: WHEN DO YOU  EXPECT PAYMENT?
A: Payment is due on the day of clean unless we have you on a monthly billing cycle. Please be kind in remembering to leave payment. Monthly billing will be billed  the last day of the month and will need to be paid by the 15th of the following month or a $25 late fee will be charged.

Q:SHOULD I SCHEDULE OTHER HOME MAINTENANCE ON MY CLEANING DAY?
A: Please don't it is so hard to work around window cleaners, carpet cleaners painters etc. Please let us have our day for cleaning, if there are workers that show to be in direct conflict with our cleaning, we will not clean that day and you will be responsible for payment.  It is to hard to do our job and is too big of a liability for Pine Country Cleaning.


Q: SHOULD I CALL IF ANYONE IN THE HOUSE IS SICK?
A: Yes please let me know if anyone is vomiting, has a fever,  strep throat etc. My helpers nor I will  show up to your home with these things and we most likely will not want to show up to yours. Thank-you!


Q: SHOULD I BE HERE ON MY CLEANING DAY?
A: You most certainly can be there on your cleaning day,   the clean goes  faster and more smoothly when we are left to do our job with pets taken care of and  no one home. If having you home does create more time we are there we will address it and bill accordingly.

Q: WHAT ABOUT MY PET?
A: Pine Country Cleaning realizes that pets are family too! If you would please advise us if you have pets before we clean, we can be prepared when we arrive at your home. We don’t want to upset your pet with the introduction of new people, smells and noises. It has been our experience that pets are better kept away or restricted to allow us to clean your home  better with less stress on your pet. For health reasons, our staff does not handle any type of animal or human waste. 


Q: WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF PINE COUNTRY CLEANING?
 A:
Business hours are 8:30 to 5:30pm  Monday thru Friday  We work in houses until 5:30.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR BREAKAGE POLICY?
A:
If we break something while cleaning your home, know that we are truly sorry and never wanted to, but accidents DO happen, we would be happy to pay to up to 100percent  of the cost to replace your item if it our fault. Please contact the office and let us know if something is broken.  We will need a receipt for tax purposes. If you have items that are sentimental and irreplaceable we ask that you please put them away while we are cleaning. We may not be responsible for replacing them.


Q: IS COMMUNICATION IMPORTANT?
A:
Communication is the key to any lasting relationship. There should be no reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with your cleaning,  If there is a time you are not call us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix our mistakes. Sorry  we cannot refund any of your money, 
 
Q: DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
A:
Yes we have a one million dollar insurance policy 


Q: DO YOU HAVE A BOND?
A:
Yes we are all bonded


Q: DO YOU HAVE WORKMAN'S COMP ON YOUR GALS?
A:
Yes as expensive as it is we are a legit company who pays their employees through payroll we carry  and pay all of the necessary policies  and taxes. We do not hire illegal workers.
